		Casa da Oliveira is a large single story villa offering continental or full english bed and breakfast to its guests. There are two large rooms, one double and one twin, a large modern bathroom, swimming pool, terrace and bbq area. For your comfort rooms are heated during the winter months The village of Avecasta is ideally situated, only 5 minutes drive from the IC3 with easy access to Alvaiázere, Tomar and Ferreira do Zêzere. The 1st bedroom has a double bed with beside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes, 2 comfortable armchairs, coffee table and satellite tv and a window overlooking the rear garden and swimming pool. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and french doors opening onto the front verandah. Breakfast (continental or full english) is served on the rear terrace or in the breakfast room inside the house. The large modern family bathroom has a double vanity unit with mirrors above, a bath with shower above, toilet and bidet. Family groups and friends of 4 persons share the bathroom. If there are only 2 people in your party the bathroom is exclusive to you during your stay. To the rear of the villa is a raised terrace with steps leading down to the garden and swimming pool area. For guest use around the pool, there are sun loungers, a bench table, shaded seating area and a bbq.
